Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility At MERRYLUK.COM, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products they will love. We offer a "Love It In Your Home Or You Don’t Pay!" policy for orders made through our website: www.merryluk.com, and offer it to below eligible metro postcodes in NSW, VIC, SA, and QLD in Australia only:

  • Sydney Metro: 2000-2080, 2085-2158, 2160-2229, 2231-2234, 2555-2559, 2564-2567, 2745-2750, 2759-2770 
  • Melbourne Metro: 3000-3062, 3065-3097, 3101-3138, 3140-3207 
  • Brisbane Metro: 4000-4037, 4051-4078, 4101-4179 
  • Adelaide Metro: 5000-5115, 5120-5121, 5125-5127, 5158-5169 
  • Canberra Metro: 0200-0299, 2600-2620, 2900-2920 
  • Perth Metro postcode: 6000-6100

Note: For areas outside above metro postcodes, return shipping costs for change of mind returns will be your responsibility, regardless of any free, discounted, or promotional shipping offers at the time of your order. This includes the shipping costs we incurred when sending the product to you and the cost of returning it to our warehouse.

Return Period The return period for our "Love It In Your Home Or You Don’t Pay!" policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. 

Valid Reasons for Return The following are valid reasons for return under our "Love It In Your Home Or You Don’t Pay!" policy:

  • The product is damaged or faulty.
  • The product does not match the description.
  • The product arrives in a damaged condition.
  • The customer is not satisfied with the product for a valid reason that cannot be excluded from the Australian Consumer Guarantee.
  • Proof of Purchase and Reason for Return To initiate a return under our "Love It In Your Home Or You Don’t Pay!" policy, the customer must provide proof of purchase and a valid reason for their return.

Exclusions to our "Love It In Your Home Or You Don’t Pay!" policy:

  • Products that have been modified or damaged by the customer during the assembly process.
  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery, or that show signs of wear and tear.
  • Products on Clearance Sales or sold as-is.
  • Products orders for commercial or non-domestic use,
  • Products that have been altered or repaired by the customer or a third-party.
  • Mattresses, bedding, pillows, sofa covers, clearance stock, personalized items, gift cards, and orders for commercial or non-domestic use.
  • Products that were not purchased directly from our website: www.merryluk.com.
  • Products that were purchased more than 30 days ago.
  • Products that are excluded from our policy due to abuse or violation of our terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any products that fall under these exclusions, and we encourage our customers to read and understand our policy before making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about our policy or the eligibility of a product for a refund, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

Limits on Returns. We reserve the right to set limits on the number of returns a customer can make under our policy or limit the total amount that can be refunded to a customer.

Our "Love It In Your Home Or You Don’t Pay!" policy is intended for personal use only and not for commercial use or resale. We reserve the right to deny refunds for any reason, including but not limited to abuse of our policy. We also reserve the right to modify or terminate our policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Product Condition Products returned, to be eligible for a refund must show no sign of usage and must be packaged securely and adequately to prevent damages in transit. This means you have not used, assembled, or damaged any of the products.

Refund. Upon receiving the return, we will issue you with a store credit voucher via email or full refund at your choice within 14 business days if the product is in 'as-new' condition, less the shipping costs incurred by us if it is outside of the metro postcodes, we listed under shipping detail page. 

Please note that if the store credit is preferred, the codes are valid for one year from the date of issue. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, we will deduct the shipping costs and issue the refund once we receive the returned product.  Alternatively, if you are in one of our eligible metro postcodes we offer free returns under our 30-day guarantee, we will issue full refund within 14 business days of receiving our product. 

If we agree that you need a replacement product, we can place an order for the replacement even before receiving the first product back. If the replacement is backordered, we will inform you and give you the option of accepting the backorder or cancelling for a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse claims under our Refund Guarantee if we reasonably believe that the claim is invalid, including if the terms and conditions applicable to Returns are not satisfied. If you want to return the product in person, please contact us first to arrange it. 

To initiate a return, please contact us at Hello@MerryLuk.com with your order number and the reason for your return as outlined in our return policy. We will provide you with a return authorization number and arrange for a courier to pick up the product. Alternatively, you may choose to keep the product if you wish. Once we receive the returned product and verify that it is in unused and undamaged condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
